Shipping Policy
SooBoo Designs offers only USPS shipping due to the light-weight nature of our products. This has been found to be the most cost-efficient method for our customers of this merchandise. Please allow time shippped from North Carolina via USPS First Class Shipping up to 13oz. After 13oz., the package atuomatically becomes Priority Mail. This is a two day shipping method. This will either be charged by the ounce or by the flat rate Priority Mail of $4.60, whichever is less. If you have a need for your merchandise after it is finished here at SooBoo Designs, in one day, Express Mail is offered for a much greater fee.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to:
sooboodesigns.com@sooboodesigns.com, or call our business phone at (910) 891-9877 during regular business hours; Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Due to the personlized nature of our products, if your order has been started and is well into the process, we cannot cancel your order.
Refund Policy
SooBoo Designs offers refunds only on orders that are damaged upon receipt of merchandise. If this occurs, please contact, within 3 business days, Susie Davis at sooboodesigns.com@sooboodesigns.com to set up returning damaged merchandise.
