Yesterday, my husband and I were invited to a surprise 50th birthday party at our neighbor's house! They are newer neighbors so we haven't had a good opportunity to get to know them, so the question arose, "What on earth can we give this nice man who inherited a horrible looking yard and was able to transform it to one of the prettiest on the block?" Well, OVER THE HILL came to mind! I quickly made up a large notepad for him.
