This Very Special Invitation is close to my heart for so many reasons. It was my first large size invitation and it was done for my girlfriend who requested me to create something extra special for this Jimmy Buffett Cotillion. I was told it had been, in recent years, a colorful, gregarious and fun event. Although, it needed something more than on prior invitations. This was done before I had understanding and access to computer graphics, so it was all hand done and then printed. Even after printing, I hand cut the wavy "YOU'RE INVITED," and added the bead embellishments on the "salted glass rim." It turned out perfectly! Even the hosts names on the back were my own printing. So, as you might be able to tell, I really brag about this invitation.
This measures 8" x 8" and the envelopes are special order. I used white.
